Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or related industries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to generate leads and close property deals.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, handling client inquiries, conducting property presentations, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through various online and offline channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, channel partners, and clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers until closure.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize property transactions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with current real estate market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams for lead management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, property events, and campaigns.
- Ensure excellent post-sales support and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Consulting, Channel Sales, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate markets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good presentation and communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings (preferred).
