Job Description :
Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and cloud systems to ensure peak performance and minimal downtime
System Administration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems, shared storage, and enterprise applications.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network errors across departments, resolving Tier 1-3 support tickets as needed
Asset Management: Monitor and track the organization's IT hardware and software inventory, forecasting future tech needs
Qualification : Diploma & Degree in IT.
Candidate must have at least 2 to 5 Years experience in the same field.
