Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Tele caller Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing leads, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring they visit our project sites. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for the real estate industry.
Executive/ Senior Executive - Pre Sales
Scope of the role:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
- Understand client requirements and provide information about our real estate projects.
- Answer queries and provide detailed information to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure continued interest and address any concerns.
- Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule to nurture leads.
- Schedule site visits for prospective clients to showcase our projects.
- Coordinate with the on-site sales team to ensure seamless client visits.
- Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team and management regarding client interest and any issues faced.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead engagement and site visits.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client issues promptly and professionally.
- Work towards achieving revenue targets that align with company objectives.
- Contribute to the company's business and revenue goals by ensuring high-quality lead servicing and effective client engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of Marathi or Gujarati is an added advantage.
- We work weekends and minimum 6-week offs in a month.
