About the Role
Wondercrest is looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor to join our playschool team. This is a dual role — alongside driving admissions, you'll also take on the Centre Coordinator function, ensuring the playschool runs smoothly day to day.
What You'll Do
Admission Counselling
- Counsel prospective parents on the school's philosophy, curriculum, and offerings
- Promote the school and convert enquiries into admissions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents throughout the admissions journey
- Represent the school's values and standards in every parent interaction
Centre Coordination
- Oversee the daily functioning and operations of the playschool
- Ensure smooth coordination between staff, parents, and management
- Support a well-run, welcoming environment for children and families
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar admission counselling or centre coordination role — this is not an entry-level position
- Prior experience counselling parents specifically in an education or childcare setting is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with parents
- Comfortable managing both counselling/sales responsibilities and day-to-day operational oversight
- Organized, proactive, and dependable
