We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Calling Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate appointments, follow up with patients, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, WhatsApp, website, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
- Convert inquiries into consultation bookings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective patients.
- Explain treatment packages, offers, and clinic services as per company guidelines.
- Record patient details accurately in the CRM/HMS.
- Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and front office staff regarding appointments.
- Send appointment reminders and post-treatment follow-up messages.
- Handle missed-call callbacks promptly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and conversion targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Prepare daily call reports and lead status updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English is preferred.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, healthcare, hospital, clinic, wellness, or cosmetic industry is preferred.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Tele Calling, Customer Support, or Sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
