Overview
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships.
- Handle communications via email and WhatsApp to provide clients with updates, answers to queries, and project-related information.
- Address client concerns and provide timely solutions via messaging platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Organize and coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and regular check-ins to keep them informed about project progress.
- Provide real-time support and assistance to clients using WhatsApp for urgent queries and feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially through email and WhatsApp.
- Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client communications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using email communication tools and messaging platforms (WhatsApp).
- Ability to maintain clear and concise communication, even for complex information.
- Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Previous experience in client communication or customer service roles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure client needs are met.
