We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our transportation operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking shipments, communicating with drivers, monitoring truck activity, and providing timely updates to customers. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Maintain communication with drivers throughout their shifts.
- Monitor truck locations and shipment status using GPS and transportation management systems.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely updates regarding shipments, delivery times, and delays.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time service.
- Update internal systems with shipment milestones and load information.
- Identify potential service issues and communicate them proactively to customers and management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipment updates.
- Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as required.
Pay: ₹10,396.67 - ₹24,215.83 per month
