- Greet and welcome visitors & inquiries.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Explain products/services and resolve customer concerns.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Internet and all the social media websites for telemarketing
