Key Responsibilities:
· Preparation and Verification of Bills: Generate, check, and submit bills based on actual site work for both clients and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project agreements.
· Quantity Estimation and Material Reconciliation: Estimate quantities and materials required, track usage, and perform reconciliation to ensure efficient material management.
· Cost Control and Budget Management: Monitor project costs against budgets, identify cost overruns, and propose corrective actions in collaboration with project managers.
· Rate Analysis: Conduct rate analysis for various activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with project budget.
· Coordination with Project Teams: Work closely with architects, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure timely billing and smooth financial transactions throughout project phases.
· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of billing documentation, approvals, and invoices, and prepare regular project cost reports for management.
· Compliance and Contract Management: Ensure all bills and invoices comply with contractual terms and project specifications.
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
· Experience: 6-10 years of relevant experience in billing and estimation, preferably in museum, exhibition, or related construction projects.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing software and tools like MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills to conduct cost analysis and budget tracking.
· Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing and cost control.
· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination across teams and with clients.
Preferred:
· Experience in creative or high-profile projects (museums, exhibitions, etc.)
· Familiarity with techno-creative or agency environments
Pay: ₹321,421.39 - ₹1,411,824.21 per year
