Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates across multiple domains and technologies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and hands-on experience with recruitment portals and hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer release and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders for hiring updates.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
