Tele Calling Executive (Females Preferred)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Basic Pay: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Calling Executive to connect with prospective students and parents, explain our academic programs, and encourage campus visits. You will play a key role in generating admissions by building strong relationships over the phone and guiding students toward the right educational opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from assigned leads.
- Explain IACG's Intermediate and Multimedia programs clearly and effectively.
- Follow up with inquiries and encourage campus visits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Provide timely feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with prospective students and parents.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or educational counseling is preferred.
