JOB TITLE: Graphic Design Intern (Stipend-Based)
LOCATION: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
JOB TYPE: Internship (Full-time)
DURATION: 3–6 months (extendable / convertible to full-time based on performance)
STIPEND: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skill level and portfolio)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a skilled Graphic Design Intern to join our creative team for a hands-on internship. This role is ideal for a design-savvy individual who already has strong technical skills and a solid portfolio, but is looking to gain real-world, agency/brand-side experience before stepping into a full-time role. You'll work closely with senior designers and the marketing team on live projects across branding, social media, and digital/print media.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in creating visual content for branding, social media, advertising, websites, and print media
- Design layouts, typography, illustrations, and digital graphics under guidance
- Support the design team in preparing drafts and revisions for client presentations
- Help maintain brand consistency across projects
- Take initiative on smaller design tasks independently as skills develop
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/diploma (pursuing or completed) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Strong, original portfolio demonstrating design skill (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of InDesign, Figma, or Canva
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- High creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
