1.Customer Support Executive
Gender: Any.
No of vacancies: 10 Nos
Salary: 12000 - 15000 & other allowances.
Working time: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree with good computer knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & configuration of software systems and applications.
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
- Analysis of call logs to discover any underlying issues or trends.
- Diagnosing and solving software faults.
- Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
- Participates in the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
- Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
- Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
- Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
- Accomplishes information systems and the organization's mission by completing related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer's problem or question and help them solve it.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent telephone mannerisms. Some support will be provided over the phone or in person (For Boys – Traveling is a must).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
