Responsibilities

Troubleshoot moderate imaging workflow issues (delayed transfers, modality integration).

Investigate server/storage alerts and perform corrective actions.

Manage firewall rule monitoring and escalate suspicious traffic.

Analyze VMware/ESXi host performance and resolve VM resource conflicts.

Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware diagnostics.

Ensure batch jobs and backups run successfully, re-initiate failed processes.

Mentor junior Team Member.

Skills

Intermediate expertise in DICOM, HL7, imaging informatics.

Strong knowledge of AD, VMware/ESXi, and storage systems.

Root cause analysis and ITIL incident/problem management.
Qualifications

Manage escalations and coordinate with Level 3/vendor support.

Ensure disaster recovery readiness and compliance with HIPAA/security policies.

Develop SOPs for incident handling, escalation, and preventive maintenance.

Provide performance reports and recommend infrastructure upgrades.
