We are looking fluent English speaking telecaller for our organization to handle follow up calls to leads.
Working Days/Hours: 6 days | 9 am - 6 pm (Mon-Sat)
Salary Range: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 pm + Incentives*
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand enrollment decisions and status.
- Address concerns and provide guidance.
- Share course, fee, and batch information.
- Update follow-up records and remarks.
- Build rapport with prospective students.
- Coordinate with the admissions team.
- Drive admissions through effective follow-ups
Requirements:
- Confident & positive personality
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
It's not a target-based job.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
