About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Video Sales Creator to produce high-converting video content that supports lead generation and sales. The ideal candidate should have experience creating promotional, product, and social media videos that engage audiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging sales and promotional videos for social media, websites, landing pages, and paid ad campaigns.
- Plan, script, shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content.
- Produce product demos, customer testimonials, explainer videos, promotional videos, and sales-focused reels.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop conversion-focused video campaigns.
- Edit videos using transitions, motion graphics, captions, animations, and branding elements.
- Optimize videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and video marketing strategies.
- Monitor video performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
Required Skills
- Experience in video shooting, editing, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- Understanding of social media content and video marketing.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Mass Communication, Film, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in video content creation, video editing, or video marketing.
- Candidates with a portfolio of promotional or sales-focused videos will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience creating videos for product marketing, digital marketing, IT, SaaS, or e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of video content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
