echroute Network is hiring a dynamic and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer with strong networking knowledge and customer interaction experience.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable networking solutions.
Support the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
Prepare technical proposals, BOMs, and solution documentation.
Work closely with customers to understand business and technical needs.
Provide pre-sales support for networking products and services.
Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams for successful project execution.
Handle customer queries related to routing, switching, and network infrastructure.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of L2/L3 switches, routing, and networking concepts.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Experience in customer interaction and technical discussions.
Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and professional manner.
Understanding of enterprise networking solutions.
Experience
3–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Network Support / Networking domain.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in B.E./B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) or related field.
