Role Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and executing events and activations, managing vendors, coordinating production, and ensuring smooth on-ground delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of events and brand activations
- Coordinate with vendors, fabrication partners, and logistics teams
- Oversee production timelines and ensure project deadlines are met
- Manage event budgets and optimize operational costs
- Ensure smooth on-ground operations and execution quality
- Handle manpower planning, logistics coordination, and execution schedules Preferred Background
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, or activation agencies
- Strong vendor network and operational execution capability
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
