Position Overview
This is not a traditional sales role.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy meeting people, understanding businesses, creating opportunities, and building long-term relationships.

You will work directly with founders, exporters, manufacturers, sourcing companies, designers, buying houses, brands, and business leaders to help expand the DLI ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Connect with exporters, manufacturers, sourcing companies, buying houses, retailers, brands, and designers
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings
- Build long-term professional relationships
- Follow up with prospects systematically
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
- Assist in onboarding new partners
- Support client success and relationship management
Industry & Market Research
- Research textile, apparel, home furnishing, and sourcing industries
- Identify potential business opportunities
- Map exporters, manufacturers, and buying houses
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Technology & AI
- Learn and use AI tools to improve productivity
- Work with digital platforms and CRM systems
- Support data management and business intelligence activities
- Adapt quickly to new technology and digital workflows
Ecosystem Building
- Represent DLI professionally in exhibitions, trade fairs, BNI meetings, networking events, and industry forums
- Collaborate with design, technology, and operations teams
- Contribute ideas that improve customer experience and ecosystem growth
