Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per the prescribed curriculum
- Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, EVS, and other primary-level subjects
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and observations
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and good classroom behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns
- Participate in school activities, meetings, trainings, and events
- Ensure discipline and follow school policies and guidelines
- Support students’ overall personality development and moral values
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Education (D.Ed / B.Ed preferred)
- Graduation in a relevant subject
- Strong communication skills in English and the regional language
- Passion for teaching young children
