We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities for residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure quality execution, coordinate with vendors and labor teams, maintain project timelines, and ensure all work is completed according to approved drawings and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior site execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, POP/false ceiling teams, and other contractors.
- Monitor project progress and update the Project Manager regularly.
- Ensure timely availability of materials at the site.
- Maintain quality standards throughout project execution.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain progress reports.
- Verify measurements before installation and execution.
- Ensure work is completed within the project timeline.
- Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients during site visits and address execution-related queries.
- Prepare daily labor attendance and work progress reports.
- Assist in project handover and snag list closure.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and site management.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of modular furniture installation.
- Understanding of civil work, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and finishing.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Vendor and labor management.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
