Job Overview:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support our hiring process by managing job postings, screening applications, and coordinating with candidates. This role involves working across multiple sourcing channels and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications
- Screen candidate profiles and shortlist suitable applicants
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain recruitment data and update hiring trackers
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities across different roles
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet hiring timelines
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
