We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Admission Counsellor is to guide prospective students through the admission process and provide detailed information about our courses, language training programs, and higher education opportunities in India and abroad. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms, counseling students on suitable academic options, explaining admission requirements and fee structures, and assisting them with application procedures and documentation. The role also involves maintaining student records, following up with prospective students, coordinating with trainers and partner institutions, and participating in promotional activities such as seminars, webinars, and educational events. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented approach, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents. Previous experience in admissions, education counseling, or sales is preferred, although enthusiastic freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. The Admission Counsellor will play a key role in helping students make informed educational decisions while contributing to the organization's enrollment goals and growth.
