Job Profile: Marketing Executive cum Export Executive
A dynamic professional responsible for driving marketing initiatives and managing international export operations for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). The role combines strategic promotion of products with compliance-driven export management to expand global market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote APIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales growth.
- Export Management
- Handle end-to-end export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, LC, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, DGFT, customs, and pharma export norms.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipment and delivery.
- Liaise with regulatory teams to ensure product registrations and certifications in target markets.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for international clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical APIs and global pharma markets.
- Expertise in export documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage both marketing and export functions effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
