Key Responsibilities – Telecaller Executive (International Calling)
- Make outbound calls to international clients/customers.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments or meetings.
- Maintain strong communication and customer relationships.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Update customer details and call records in CRM/software.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns politely.
- Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper call quality and professional etiquette.
- Work according to different international time zones.
Required Skills – Telecaller Executive (International Calling)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident and professional speaking ability.
- Strong listening and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of international calling processes.
- Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Good pronunciation, fluency, and communication etiquette.
- Flexible to work in rotational/night shifts.
