Responsibilities:
Drive Business Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT development and staff augmentation space.
- Build a strong pipeline through market research, networking, referrals, cold outreach, email campaigns, and social platforms.
- Engage with prospective clients and understand their business challenges to offer tailored IT and staffing solutions.
- Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships and contribute to revenue growth.
Build Strong Client Relationships
- Connect with key decision-makers and stakeholders across industries.
- Deliver impactful presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Nurture leads and maintain exceptional customer relationships to ensure a high level
- of client satisfaction.

Own Your Targets and Success
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Staff Augmentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and B2B sales.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
