Role Overview

Lead the design, development, and implementation of IBSFINtech's Treasury & Trade Finance software portfolio. This senior technology leadership role combines hands-on innovation in .NET and modern full-stack engineering with project delivery and people management.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize APIs using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Ensure scalable and maintainable backend architecture
Develop user interfaces using React.js, Vue.js, or Angular and implement server-side logic using Node.js
Translate design wireframes into high-quality responsive interfaces in collaboration with UI/UX designers
Design and consume RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and manage API authentication
Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures, design relational schemas, and manage database performance and security
Use Git for code management and team collaboration
Implement OAuth, JWT, encryption, data protection, and role-based access control
Work with CI/CD pipelines and Docker or Kubernetes, and deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
Establish unit, integration, and test-driven development practices using modern test frameworks
Manage project delivery across the software portfolio
Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams

Required Skills & Experience

18+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong background in .NET and modern full-stack software development
Demonstrated project delivery and people management experience
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
