Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers for due services, missed services, and periodic maintenance reminders.
- Generate workshop business through service appointment bookings and follow-ups.
- Promote Value Added Services (VAS), accessories, and AMC packages over phone calls.
- Maintain daily service appointment schedules and coordinate with the workshop team.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Reactivate lost customers through tele-calling and service campaigns.
- Maintain accurate customer records in DMS/CRM systems.
- Assist in planning service marketing campaigns to improve workshop revenue.
- Ensure adherence to Royal Enfield service processes and customer engagement standards.
Required Skills
- Good communication and tele-calling skills.
- Customer handling and relationship-building ability.
- Basic knowledge of automobile service operations.
- Computer proficiency
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
