Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing social media strategies, and analyzing performance to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.)
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns
- Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for campaigns
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital marketing agencies
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
