Job Description – DSA Trainer (C++) Position: DSA Trainer / Technical Mentor Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh Training Duration: 400 Hours Engagement: Long-Term Training Project Domain: Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) with C++ About the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate DSA Trainer to deliver a comprehensive 400-hour Data Structures & Algorithms training program for students at one of the leading colleges in Greater Noida. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured, industry-oriented training in DSA using C++, helping students develop strong problem-solving, programming, algorithmic thinking, and competitive coding skills. The ideal candidate should have professional experience in DSA training, software development, competitive programming, or a closely related technical domain, along with excellent communication and classroom-delivery skills. Key Responsibilities - Deliver a structured 400-hour DSA training program using C++. - Train students from fundamental to advanced concepts of Data Structures and Algorithms. - Explain complex programming and algorithmic concepts in a simple, practical, and student-friendly manner. - Conduct hands-on coding sessions, live problem-solving exercises, and practical assignments. - Develop students' logical thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills. - Provide real-world coding problems and industry-relevant use cases. - Conduct regular coding exercises, assessments, quizzes, and evaluations. - Guide students through debugging, optimization, and writing efficient code. - Help students understand time and space complexity and apply optimization techniques. - Prepare students for technical interviews, coding assessments, and placement-oriented programming challenges. - Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. - Address individual student queries and provide additional support wherever required. - Maintain proper training documentation, attendance, assessment records, and progress reports as required by the institution. - Coordinate with the college/institutional team regarding training schedules, student performance, and program requirements. Experience with platforms such as LeetCode, CodeChef, Codeforces, HackerRank, GeeksforGeeks, or similar coding platforms will be an added advantage.
