Key Responsibilities
Raw material sourcing - SS sheets, Plates, pipes, rods Bought outs –Electrical and Electronic consumables, MRO items, Welding Consumables, Dairy Fittings. Vendor identification, negotiation, and rate comparison Preparing and processing Purchase Orders (PO) Follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery Coordinating with stores/production for material requirement planning Maintaining vendor database and price history GRN verification and invoice matching with accounts team Handling import/local purchase documentation if required .
Required Skills
Knowledge of SS raw materials, Electrical and electronic materials Good negotiation and vendor management skills Proficiency in Excel / Tally Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Qualification B.E/B. Tech Mechanical Engineering/any degree
Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
