Full Stack Developer (AI-Native) — Aiinfox Pvt. Ltd.
We build with Claude Code every day, and we're looking for a developer who codes with AI as a true force-multiplier — not someone who pastes prompts and hopes. You'll own features end to end and move fast without giving up architecture, correctness, or security.
What you'll do
- Ship full-stack features across React frontends and Node.js/Python backends
- Use Claude Code daily for real delivery — multi-file changes, refactors, tests, and reviews
- Design and query data across MongoDB and MySQL
- Turn ambiguous requirements into clean, testable, production-ready work
What you'll need
- Strong prompt engineering — task decomposition, context curation, and the judgment to catch when the model is wrong
- Excellent English, written and spoken — clear async communication, sharp PRs and specs
- Solid hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and Python
- Practical data modeling and query skills in MongoDB and MySQL
- Comfort with REST APIs, Git, and testing across the stack
Nice to have
- TypeScript, cloud deployment, or experience building AI-assisted workflows and tooling
This role is for someone who treats AI as leverage while staying fully accountable for what ships.
