Job Summary
Will work closely with development, product, and engineering teams to ensure applications meet quality, performance, and reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and validation processes for software applications.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Validate data quality, system functionality, and application performance.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality standards.
- Support release testing and production validation activities.
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain testing documentation, reports, and quality metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages used for test automation.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, PyTest, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
