We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Manager to promote and sell advanced capital equipment solutions for the foundry industry, including High Pressure Moulding Lines and Shot Blasting Machines, within the Gujarat region.
The role involves direct engagement with foundry owners, decision-makers, and senior plant personnel, with a strong emphasis on consultative selling, technical understanding, and long-term relationship building.
Promote and sell capital goods and OEM solutions for foundries within the assigned territory
Develop and manage relationships with foundry owners, promoters, and senior management
Identify new business opportunities, track projects, and convert leads into orders
Conduct plant visits, technical discussions, and product presentations
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
Coordinate with OEM technical, engineering, and service teams for:
Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to order finalization
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and market intelligence
Represent the OEM’s brand professionally and ethically in the market
Gather competitive insights and customer feedback to support business strategy
Ensure timely follow-ups on proposals, negotiations, and customer communications
Experience:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Industrial / Capital Goods Sales
Exposure to foundry equipment, heavy engineering, machine tools, or industrial automation will be an advantage
