We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Manager to oversee administrative operations, documentation, regulatory compliance, vendor management, record maintenance, vacant property leasing, and liaison activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and ensure seamless coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders to support efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage confidential employee records, contracts, licenses, agreements, and other official documents while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, partners, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Manage end-to-end license application and renewal processes, ensuring timely submission, tracking, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update administrative records, compliance databases, and document tracking systems using MS Excel and internal management systems.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient document storage, retrieval, and record management.
- Follow up with government authorities, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding approvals, renewals, pending applications, and documentation requirements.
- Handle vendor onboarding, coordination, negotiations, service agreements, and maintain effective vendor relationships.
- Prepare administrative reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documentation to support senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and internal compliance standards.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Perform other administrative responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 7–12 years of experience in Administration, Compliance, Documentation, or Office Operations.
- Strong knowledge of document management, license renewals, and regulatory compliance processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently under deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling government licensing and statutory documentation.
- Knowledge of vendor management and contract administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
