We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Manager to lead our tele-sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outbound sales activities, improving lead conversion, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, motivate, and mentor the tele-sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective calling strategies for retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and prospective customers.
- Monitor lead allocation, call productivity, follow-ups, order conversions, and overall sales performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer interaction by monitoring call quality and providing regular coaching and feedback.
- Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls, lead conversions, sales performance, and team productivity.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, Customer Support, and Management to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, upselling, and reactivation of inactive customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and performance reports using CRM systems, Google Sheets, or MS Excel.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of tele-sales team members.
- Continuously identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency, customer experience, and sales outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, customer support, or sales team management.
- Proven experience in leading and achieving team sales targets.
- Strong communication, leadership, coaching, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
- Experience in FMCG, B2B sales, distributor management, or retailer calling will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
