Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic HRM Faculty to teach and mentor students in Human Resource Management concepts and practical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HRM sessions and guide students in academic activities.
- Support student learning, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of HRMS functions including employee information management, attendance and leave tracking, payroll processing, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee records management, and reporting & analytics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
