Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Stock Market Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in trading, particularly in Equity , Fundamentals and Technical Analysis, and be passionate about educating individuals and groups. The role involves designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to equip learners with the skills needed to succeed in the stock market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on stock market fundamentals and advanced trading strategies.
- Conduct in-person and online training sessions for audiences at various skill levels – from beginners to experienced traders.
- Offer personalized mentorship and support to participants, addressing individual queries and learning goals.
- Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages participation, discussion, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with market trends and integrate them into training content for relevance and impact.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of professional trading experience, with a focus on Equity, Fundamental Analysis and Technical Analysis
- Must possess at least one of the following certifications:
- NISM Series-VIII (Equity Derivatives)
- NISM Series-XV (Research Analyst)
- NISM Series-XVI (Commodity Derivatives)
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or coaching is highly preferred.
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA (Finance preferred)
