Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Saibaba Colony [Coimbatore]
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Core Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare service job cards and coordinate repairs with technicians.
- Explain service recommendations and estimated costs to customers.
- Track service progress and ensure on-time vehicle delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring quality standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
- Good understanding of vehicle service processes and workshop operations.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and service management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
