Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to assist customers by addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
