Job Description
We are looking for high energy, young professionals who are passionate about training delivery and development of young sales professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Plan monthly training needs as per the business requirement of the assigned channel/geography
- Announce training schedules weekly/monthly in conjunction with Top City / Growth Market head
- Conduct sales training programs for the various distribution channels
- Conduct training sessions to drive various KPIs of assigned channel; e.g. new advisor training (Safalya), activation, productivity, specified person (SP) certification, campaign based training etc.
- Drive training program on various sales pitches, opening & closing of sales call and objection handling
- Introduce the frontline sales employees various technology platform and drive adoption through various initiatives
- Track training effectiveness and progress in business performance and publish analytics and reports to business heads
- Travel as per training requirements across geography
Key skills
- Should know MS Office (Excel, Power point and Word)
- Comfortable in dealing with and presenting to large groups of people
- Training / facilitation skills
