Job Summary:
We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative and coordination activities. The role involves close interaction with the accounts department and ensuring smooth internal communication and documentation flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the accounts department for documentation and process-related activities
Handle liaisoning work between internal teams
Maintain records, files, and important documents
Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and basic data entries
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion
Support general back-office operations and administrative work
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in back office
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups
Organized and detail-oriented approach
