Job Title:Warehouse Executive Trainer
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Executive Trainer to train and support warehouse staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), inventory management, safety practices, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have strong warehouse knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and on-the-job training for new warehouse employees.
- Train staff on warehouse SOPs, inventory management, and material handling.
- Ensure employees follow safety guidelines and company policies.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Train teams on receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Maintain training records and prepare training reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to identify training needs.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper warehouse practices.
- Support process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Conduct regular refresher training sessions and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably with training responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate warehouse teams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Certification in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
