Social Media & Marketing
* Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
* Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
* Handle Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.
* Plan and execute social media campaigns.
* Coordinate with the creative/design team for marketing content.
* Respond to social media inquiries and generate potential leads.
* Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports.
Sales Responsibilities
* Follow up with leads received through social media, WhatsApp, calls and other sources.
* Understand customer requirements and explain products/services effectively.
* Convert leads into site visits, meetings and sales.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good spoken English, Hindi and Gujarati.
* Confident and presentable personality.
* Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and social media marketing.
* Good content creation and communication skills.
* Sales-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
* Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
* Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
* Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
* Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Preferred Candidate
* Female candidate with a confident and professional personality.
* Prior experience in *social media, digital marketing, telecalling or sales* will be preferred.
* Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
* Should be target-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
