ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager (Sales) to drive sales of our premium residential projects. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing high-value residential transactions (₹2–3 Crore and above), particularly apartments and luxury villa projects. This role requires an individual who is polished, customer-centric, and passionate about delivering an exceptional buying experience while consistently achieving revenue targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end sales of premium residential projects.
- Handle qualified leads and convert them into successful bookings.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and personalized customer interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inventory.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI and premium homebuyers.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and payment plans while ensuring profitability.
- Address customer concerns and objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Legal, and Customer Experience teams for seamless documentation and closures.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Experience selling premium apartments and villa projects.
- Demonstrated success in closing transactions worth ₹2–3 Crore or more.
- Experience dealing with HNI/UHNI customers is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
