Zed MSME Certificate supporter
Role: ZED Facilitator (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Responsibilities: Guide MSMEs through the ZED Certification process. Create awareness about the Government of India ZED Scheme and its benefits. Assist MSMEs in registration and documentation. Help enterprises understand Bronze, Silver, and Gold certification requirements. Collect and upload required documents and evidence. Coordinate with MSME representatives during assessments. Support implementation of quality, safety, energy, and environmental practices. Provide information about available government subsidies and incentives. Maintain accurate records and submit reports within timelines. Ensure compliance with QCI and ZED guidelines.
Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and online portal handling. Ability to conduct field visits and interact with business owners. Problem-solving and reporting skills.
Qualification: Any Graduate/Diploma
