About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Counsellor to guide prospective students through our courses and programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for helping individuals make informed educational and career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students/leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Provide detailed information about courses, certifications, admissions processes, fees, and career opportunities.
- Counsel and guide students in selecting the most suitable program based on their needs.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates and maintain strong relationships.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in tele sales, education counselling, admissions, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-centric approach.
