Pragyan Impact Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Research Analyst / Senior Consultant to join our growing team. We are seeking professionals with strong analytical skills and a passion for public policy, government research, and evidence-based consulting.
Experience: 3–5 years
Preferred Background:
- Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Experience in data sourcing, research, and analytical work is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct government and public policy research
- Develop sectoral intelligence and analytical insights
- Source, validate, and synthesize data from multiple sources
- Prepare research reports, policy briefs, presentations, and documentation
- Support consulting projects through qualitative and quantitative analysis
