Project Manager – Industrial Projects

Role Overview:
We are hiring a Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of industrial (EPC) projects—from planning to commissioning. The role involves managing site execution, contractors, budgets, and timelines while ensuring safety and quality compliance. Having the experience of overseas projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Allocate resources and manage budgets effectively.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project alignment.
- Lead cross-functional project teams including contractors, consultants, engineers, and site supervisors.
- Ensure clear communication and delegation of tasks.
- Conduct regular meetings to review progress and resolve issues.
- Monitor project progress to ensure it meets deadlines, cost, and quality expectations. Identify and mitigate risks or delays proactively.
- Ensure value engineering without compromising on quality.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure successful completion, snagging, and handover of the project.
- Prepare final reports and lessons learned Documentation Oversee the planning and execution of all project phases, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget, but not limited to these aspects. Ensure compliance with legal policies and regulations, taking responsibility for all necessary documentation and approvals.
- Submit project deliverables in accordance with established quality standards, ensuring client satisfaction. Develop and implement effective communication plans, ensuring clear and consistent updates to all project stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain the Master Project Schedule, ensuring timely execution of all project phases. Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring alignment and progress towards project goals, deadlines, and schedules.
- Facilitate change requests, ensuring stakeholders are informed of any impacts on schedule, scope, or budget.
- Prepare monthly payment plans, ensuring alignment with project milestones and budgets.
- Maintain detailed reports and documentation, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the project.

- Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical) 08–18 years of experience in industrial/EPC projects. Strong in project planning (Primavera / MS Project). Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
