Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, cost control, and quality management while effectively coordinating with various stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

Managing and Leading the Project Execution Team: Lead and mentor project teams to ensure efficient execution and timely completion of projects.
Scheduling as per Planned and Approved Timelines: Develop and adhere to project schedules, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
Handling Raw Material Procurement: Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely availability of quality materials.
Managing Coordination of Contractors and Other Working Groups: Ensure seamless collaboration between contractors, vendors, and other working groups.
Managing Project Deliverables in Line with the Project Plan: Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are met according to specifications.
Recording and Managing Project Issues and Suggesting Solutions: Identify project-related issues and propose effective solutions for resolution.
Providing Inputs in Resolving Cross-Functional or Project-Level Issues: Work closely with different teams to resolve operational and technical challenges.
Monitoring Project Progress and Performance: Track project milestones, budget adherence, and overall performance.
Providing Status Reports to Senior Management: Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting key updates and potential risks.
Liaising with Vendors in Case of Material Supply Delays: Communicate with vendors to resolve supply chain issues and keep management informed.
Managing Project Evaluation and Dissemination Activities: Conduct post-project evaluations and share key findings for future improvements.
Managing Project Scope, Change Control, and Escalating Issues: Ensure project scope is maintained, manage changes effectively, and escalate critical issues when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Proven experience in residential and commercial construction project management.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
